Grading Services
I offer a variety of grading services. From smoothing out your property and defining a basic grade to using the latest in laser leveling technology to create a perfectly flat base for a concrete pad. Below is a list of grades I can build for you.

Before grading a portion of landscape, the area will of course need to be cleared of obstructions.
I can move large rocks using a tractor. Trees, rocks, and other natural obstructions can often be relocated somewhere else on your land, or I can haul them away when the job’s done.

About Mike's Hauling and Tractor Work
Having lived on the Sammamish Plateau for more than thirty years, I started this business in 1997 when I retired from teaching on Mercer Island.
Since I have worked with tractors on a casual basis most of my life and have always enjoyed helping others, the origination of Mike's Hauling and Tractor Work seemed like a natural.
I can help you clean, modify, or maintain yards and acreages. When you call, I try to come out within a day to discuss your project and clarify how I can meet your needs.
Conveniently located on the Issaquah plateau, I serve residents in Issaquah, Redmond, Bellevue, Factoria, Eastgate, North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Newcastle and their surrounding areas.
